Acceptable Use Policy

Etaboards hosts communities of every kind, and board administrators set their own rules on top of these. This policy is the floor, not the ceiling — it applies to every board and every account.

Not allowed

• Content that is illegal in the Netherlands or the European Union
• Child sexual abuse material, in any form, without exception
• Credible threats, incitement to violence, or targeted harassment campaigns
• Phishing, malware distribution, or communities operated to facilitate fraud
• Spam boards, SEO farms, and bulk-registration abuse
• Infringing content kept up after a valid takedown notice
• Attempts to break, overload, or probe the platform or other boards

Enforcement

Depending on severity we may warn the board's administrator, suspend the board, or remove it entirely. Illegal content is reported to authorities where required. We aim to be proportionate: honest communities with an occasional bad actor get a heads-up, not a takedown.
