Fair questions
What happens when I hit the storage limit?
New uploads are refused until you free up space. Nothing is deleted and your board keeps running.
Will the free tier stay free?
Yes. The free tier is the product, not a trial.
Will I ever be charged?
Not without explicitly opting in. If paid options are added later, existing boards won't be moved onto them automatically.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Boards live on their etaboards.app subdomain while custom domains are being built.
Can I take my data with me?
There's no self-service export button yet. Email support@etaboards.com from the account that owns the board and we'll prepare an export for you.
What happens when I delete a board?
It goes offline straight away. Its database, files and address are then removed, by a daily cleanup that retries failed steps. Our encrypted backups are kept for up to 30 days, so its data leaves them within that time.
